Summary 

The level of quality of tourism products and services depends оn a labor capital. The professional and highly qualified human resources create the environment in which the tourist feels comfortable, therefore it is necessary to appreciate, encourage, improve working conditions, protect labor rights.  In order to get the maximum effect it is necessary to promote their career development and support them to achieve their goals.

With its nature tourism is a combination of different sub-sectors, each of these areas should take care of raising the professionalism of its staff, with developing various training programs, seminars, systematic conduct of training meetings. A good example in this case is the Georgian Guides Association, which helps to increase the number of highly qualified, professional guides in the country. There are also the associations of restaurateurs, sommelier and others, such organizations perform several functions, they are not only engaged in popularizing their field, they should systematically take care and even are already taking care of professional development of the specialists in their fields, it is necessary to organize meetings of such associations to share knowledge, experience, and create interesting networks, now also they can together create to plans for the future, how to restart tourism together. The whole world, including Georgia, is facing a great challenge in today's reality, priorities have been revised willingly or unwillingly, some areas have become less priority due to goals and reasons, one of them is tourism. As the prognosis of the future shows, tourism will be back to its development level in 2024, so until 2024 people who were employed in tourism, have to find their jobs in other fields and maybe in several years, they will have an opportunity to return to their favorite tourism industry.
